Louise Thompson’s deleted Instagram photo of her baby bump was taken down in ‘error’.

The Made In Chelsea star, 31, was shocked to find that a picture of her stomach was removed from her Instagram story yesterday, as it went against community guidelines.

However, a Facebook company spokesperson has told Metro.co.uk that the image was soon restored after the mistake was realised.

‘Louise’s Story was reported by other users and removed in error but we very quickly restored it,’ they said in a statement.

‘This kind of image is absolutely allowed on Instagram and we’re sorry for the mistake.’

The picture in question showed Louise laying in bed and covering up her breasts as she showed off her naked bump, ahead of a growth scan.

In a later story, she posted a screenshot which stated that it had been ‘removed for sexual solicitation’.

‘We’ve removed your story because it goes against our Community Guidelines on nudity or sexual activity,’ the notice read.

‘Our guidelines are based on our global community, and some audiences may be sensitive to different things.’

Unhappy with the decision, Louise commented: ‘Shocked that Instagram removed a story of my pregnant body because it goes against community guidelines.

‘Soz if anyone found that offensive.’

The mum-to-be is expecting her first child with fiancé Ryan Libbey, and is set to give birth in the next few months.

She recently confirmed that they will be welcoming a baby boy into their family, posting an adorable gender reveal video on social media.
