Motley Crue star Vince Neil was reportedly rushed to hospital after falling off stage during a concert in Tennessee.

The rocker was performing with his solo band on Friday night when he tumbled four feet after not seeing a gap between the stage and the speaker, according to TMZ.

The site reports that he was visibly in pain, but he managed to get up and was helped away from the crowd by two people.

The 60-year-old was then reportedly taken to a nearby hospital in an ambulance.

The site reports that, while he had some x-rays with the results not yet coming back, he is ‘alert and should be okay’.

Neil was performing at the Monster On the Mountain festival in Pigeon Forge, with the band reportedly continuing the set after the incident and guitarist Jeff Blando taking over on lead vocals.

The musician hasn’t shared any updates on social media, with his last post being from last week.

He shared a snap from a Rolling Stones concert in Nashville, writing: ‘Still rocking out after almost 60 years better then ever!’

Neil is best known for being the lead singer of Motley Crue alongside Nikki Sixx, Mick Mars, Vince Neil, and Tommy Lee.

However, he hasn’t performed with them since 2015, instead focusing on his solo shows.

Neil joined Motley Crue in 1981, with the musician leaving the band 10 years later.

He released his first solo album, Exposed, in 1993 before reuniting with Motley Crue in 1997.

They later went on hiatus, before reuniting again. The band then undertook its final world tour in 2014 and 2015.
