Former US president Bill Clinton has been admitted to a hospital in California with a suspected blood infection, it is reported.
Mr Clinton’s spokesman said the ex-president is “on the mend” and “in good spirits” as he receives treatment at the University of California Irvine Medical Center.
The spokesman, Angel Urena, told CNN that Mr Clinton, 75, was admitted for a non-Covid related infection.
The TV network reported that he was hospitalised with a suspected blood infection.
