Jesy Nelson admits she hasn’t spoken To Little Mix girls

Jesy Nelson has put the Little Mix drama behind her as she shared a few Boyz snaps on her Instagram.

The singer released her debut single Boyz two weeks ago to scathing criticism from fans for ‘blackfishing’ and appropriating black culture.

Following the backlash, she was seen giggling when collaborator Nicki Minaj called her former bandmate Leigh-Anne Pinnock a ‘clown’ on Instagram Live as they discussed the furore.

During the chat, Jesy confessed that her former bandmate warned her about her ‘blackfishing’ long ago.

But it looks like Jesy is paying no mind to the drama as she shared a few sultry snaps of herself in double denim.

Using lyrics from her single, Jesy captioned the post: “My muma won’t see what I see in ya.”

In the filtered snaps, the 26-year-old is sporting a baggy denim outfit and straight red hair that cascaded down her stomach.

She rocked endless accessories – including many rings, giant earrings and a long gold necklace.

Jesy posed for the camera in front of a fence with barbed wire at the top.

Fans were in love with the new snaps and took to the comment section to post fire emojis and heart eyes emojis.

The singer was accused of blackfishing – a term used for people who alter their appearance to appear black or racially ambiguous.

She defended herself in a recent interview with Vulture.

Jesy addressed the claims and said: “I’m very aware that I’m a white British woman; I’ve never said that I wasn’t.”

“I mean, like, I love Black culture. I love Black music. That’s all I know, it’s what I grew up on.”

She added: “I take all those comments made seriously. I would never intentionally do anything to make myself look racially ambiguous, so that’s why I was initially shocked that the term was directed at me.”

Nicki Minaj tore into Leigh-Anne on an Instagram live as Jesy laughed

Nicki called Leigh-Anne a ‘clown’

Meanwhile, leaked DMs apparently showed Leigh-Anne Pinnock claiming Jesy blocked the band members.

The screenshot showed Leigh-Anne accusing Jesy of ‘blackfishing’. However, it isn’t confirmed whether the screenshots are real.

It didn’t stop Nicki from telling Leigh-Anne: “Immediately that person has to wear a big red clown nose and big clown boots because you’re a big f**ing clown.”

She went on: “Sweetheart take them text messages and shove it up ur f**king a**, because when you do clown s**t I gotta treat you and talk to you like you’re a clown.”
