Zara Tindall beamed as she was photographed with her new baby son for the first time while the pair enjoyed a day out at a horse event.
The Queen’s granddaughter and her rugby player husband Mike welcomed Lucas Philip Tindall on March 21, weighing 8lbs 4oz.
As they aren’t working members of the royal family, the Tindalls don’t release official new baby photos of their children like the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have done.
But Zara was seen pushing little Lucas in his pram as they attended the Cirencester Park International Horse Trials on Sunday.
They were there to support her horse Classicals Euro Star, who was competing in the event.
The 39-year old looked happy and relaxed dressed in jeans, boots, a navy jumper and a black waterproof coat.
She also wore a baseball cap and sunglasses.
Zara gave birth to Lucas on the bathroom floor after going into labour very quickly.
Proud dad Mike spoke about the dramatic birth on his rugby podcast, The Good, The Bad and The Rugby.
He said: “And then Sunday got even better because a little baby boy arrived at my house”.
Mike described Zara has a “warrior” for giving birth on the bathroom floor of their home after the couple were unable to make it to hospital.
He added: “Arrived very quickly. Didn’t make it to hospital. On the bathroom floor.
“So yeah, it was running to the gym, get a mat, get into the bathroom, get the mat on the floor, towels down, brace, brace, brace.”
Buckingham Palace issued a statement saying: “The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh are delighted with the news and look forward to meeting their 10th Great Grandchild when circumstances allow.”
It’s unknown whether Prince Philip got to meet Lucas before he passed away.
The baby’s birth came just a few weeks after Zara’s cousin Princess Eugenie had her son August on February 9.
The newest addition to the Tindall family is a younger brother to seven-year-old Mia and two-year-old Lena.
